Glimt
A calm, private alternative to Snapchat. Share glimt that disappear, and gather the people closest to you around a bål, a shared fire that lights one day a week. End-to-end encrypted, no ads, no algorithm. Its own camera layer in Swift and Kotlin, with film simulations fitted against a Fujifilm X100VI: the same RAW developed twice in the camera, so the only difference left to match is the simulation itself.

Paneless
Tiling window manager for macOS. Moves and resizes other apps’ windows through the Accessibility API, animated on the display’s own refresh with CVDisplayLink. Virtual workspaces. Needs macOS 14 or later.
-
Peiling
A compass that points at good coffee, not the nearest coffee. 118 Nordic places are picked by hand against stated criteria, because open map data ranks chains highest and the closest cup is usually one. One needle, one direction, one card. No account and no server: the cafés ship inside the app bundle, and everything you do stays on the phone.
